I joined the Technical Services Department about 4 and a half years ago, not long after finishing my A-levels at school. I was very lucky that the company offered to send me to university, to study a part time BSc in Bioscience. I have worked in each sector of my department, but now work in the Skin Care Lab developing products for the global market.

I joined Church & Dwight UK Ltd at Folkestone on the 1st September 2009 and was initially attracted by the job advert which I felt was asking for candidates interested in supplying the customer with the best Cost, Quality and Lead Time in a FMCG business. As this was the ultimate result of any 'Continuous Improvement' role, I was immediately interested. At interview this was clearly the vision that C&D communicated and I'm pleased to say as an employee it fits and is demonstrated within our day to day manufacture and our long term strategy. Glad I joined and feel very much part of the Church & Dwight UK Ltd family.
